Complaints can be made in person, by phone, in writing, or email to tay.newfield@nhs.scot. Please address any complaint to Mr David Ramsay, Business Manager. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within a set timeframe and aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible, keeping you informed throughout the process. If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the appropriate external body.
